- Bun of choice
- Thin sliced salmon
- 1 tray of alfalfa
- Dressing of choice
Take the salmon out of the cooler and bring it to room temperature.
Cut the bun sideways and place the lettuce on the bottem.
Place the thinly sliced salmon over the lettuce.
Add some dressing to your choice on to the salmon, some options are Honey-mustard or Dill dressing
Apply a thin layer of alfalfa on top of the salmon and serve the tray with some side garnish of alfalfa
