Stuffed bell pepper with Alfalfa



  • 1 Onion.
  • 250 grams lean ground beef.
  • 100 grams Alfalfa
  • 1 Bell Pepper
  • 1 Can of Tomato puree


Preheat the oven at 175 degrees.

Glace 1 shredded onion in some olive oil, add the lean ground beef to the onion.

Cook the beef with onion and add some salt, pepper and basil.


At the end add the 100 grams Alfalfa to the mixture and mix this with the Tomato puree.

During the cooking of the beef cleanse one Bell pepper.

When finished fill the Bell pepper with the beef mixture and top it off with some grated cheese.

Putt it in the preheated oven for 20 minutes at 175 degrees.

After 20 minutes the stuffed Bell pepper is ready to be eaten.
